Great location close enough to restaurants and stores and the French Quarter and Garden District and New Orleans for 31 years in a really safe area. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Porche and Snowbar nearby.

Location is decent and comfy, in main areas. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Voodoo Bbq And Grill with nice drinks.

The breakfast had a lot of good food and drinks. I was given an a nice size and brand-new room with with a King bed as well as extra towels. Location: the hotel was so close to smaller bars in walking distance and the tram system and many cafes, restaurants, taverns, Magazine street. Garden district was worth exploring.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in New Orleans that provided great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The morning meal could have been improved with more coffee cups available.

It was close to our attractions such as Bourbon Street and Mercedes Benz Superdome (Super Bowl).
We were completely ripped off! Paid $800/night because it was Super Bowl weekend. This place is filthy and completely run down. They should be shut down for their unsanitary practices. Our mattress was stained beyond belief, the bath tub was extremely stained with some sort or brown substance, there was hair (not belonging to myself) in the bed; in the shower drain; on the carpet, the room smelled like dust, the ceiling fan was covered in a thick layer of dust and there was water leaks from the rain inside the room! I'm really surprised that this hotel is still operating. It's so dirty!!! I would compare this hotel to a drug house/roach motel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, I would report this hotel to the bbb.

The location was really good for a Mardi Gras weekend.
Our room had an overwhelming smell that we later figured out might have been carpet cleaner because the carpet was wet. Very basic room.

Desk people were friendly and informative.
Roomwas verry cold with only a small electric heater to heat it. We froze! No internet working. Tv was archaic. Main lock worked but dead bolt did not. Someone tried to open bedroom door late in the evening and in the morning. Garbage truck loaded dumpster at 3:30 am right outside our window. Continental breakfast was basically rolls and coffee. Didn't feel safe walking very far to eat from the hotel after dark. Streets were dirty and trashy. For $230 we would recommend you stay at a LaQuinta or other chain motel and save your money. A very expensive 1 out of 5 stay.
